Your first month is included in the initial fee and begins on activation day — the day our team installs and exocad turns your license on. Month 2 is charged automatically 5–10 days before it starts.
exocad's monthly licenses have no grace period — a lapsed license dies and cannot be reactivated. So your initial payment includes one extra month held as a reserve: if your card ever expires or a charge fails, the reserve covers that month while you update payment, and your license never lapses. Cancel cleanly and the reserve is simply your final month. Every new subscription also receives 10% off your next Dentcore purchase.
